Private Studios. Shared Hospitality.

Six private wet and dry studios are designed for independent beauty, wellness and creative businesses. Beyond the studios, a shared lounge, tea bar and back patio give guests a place to arrive, settle in and stay awhile—while studio tenants have the independence of their own business within something larger.

The Hallow. Room to move, gather + create.

The Hallow is a flexible movement and gathering studio designed for yoga, pilates, private sessions, workshops, trainings, wellness experiences and intimate events. The lower level also includes an additional private suite, tenant storage and laundry.

01 / LEASE A STUDIO

Your own space within something more

Make one of Lune’s seven private studios your own and build your business alongside a thoughtfully curated community of beauty, wellness and creative practitioners.

Studio tenants have access to shared hospitality spaces, marketing support, opportunities for collaboration and the broader Lune community—while maintaining full ownership of their own business.

Studios start at $275/week and are anticipated to open in late fall 2026.

Make The Hallow part of your regular rhythm

Resident Partners use The Hallow on a recurring basis for classes, private sessions, workshops and other programming—without the commitment of a full-time private studio.

Monthly packages will make it possible to build a recurring presence at Lune and become part of the community around it. The Hallow is anticipated to open this winter. Explore the Resident Partnership model and tell us about the programming you’d like to bring to The Hallow.

A little more about Lune

  • Lune offers six private studios on the main floor, including three wet and three dry studios ranging from approximately 111 to 235 square feet. The spaces range from intimate interior studios to larger rooms with abundant natural light. An additional private suite is planned for the lower level at a later stage.

    Submit a studio inquiry to learn about current availability, pricing and anticipated move-in timing.

  • Lune is designed to support both the daily needs of resident businesses and the experience of every client who walks through the door.

    Shared amenities include a welcoming front lounge and client arrival area, tea and hospitality offerings, a resident breakroom, tenant storage, laundry, restrooms on each floor and a private back patio that can support outdoor services, events and overflow gatherings.

    Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional cleaning of shared spaces and ongoing building maintenance are included, allowing residents to focus more fully on their work and their clients.

  • Resident Partners are instructors, facilitators and businesses that use The Hallow on a recurring basis without leasing a full-time private studio at Lune.

    Monthly packages are anticipated to begin at $299 and will be shaped around programming needs, whether that’s a recurring yoga or Pilates class, private sessions, a workshop series or another regular offering.

    The Hallow is anticipated to open this winter. Submit an inquiry to tell us about your programming needs and learn more about becoming a Resident Partner. Scheduling will open once the construction timeline is more firmly established.

  • Yes. The Hallow will be available for select one-time rentals for movement classes, workshops, trainings, creative programming, brand events and intimate gatherings. Rentals will begin at $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

    Our one-time event calendar isn’t open for booking just yet, but you’re welcome to inquire now to share what you have in mind and be notified when dates become available.

  • Lune is designed to amplify the businesses within it.

    Residents may be featured through Lune’s website, social channels, content, events and other storytelling opportunities, with additional opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration within the community. Our goal is to build awareness for Lune as a whole—and create more ways for people to discover the businesses within it.

  • We’re building a thoughtful mix of independent beauty, wellness, creative and lifestyle businesses that care deeply about their craft and the experience they create for their clients.

    That might include estheticians, injectors, massage therapists, brow or PMU artists, fine-line tattoo artists, therapists and wellness practitioners, alongside ceramicists, jewelry designers, illustrators, stylists, designers and other creative businesses.

    More than any particular category, we’re looking for businesses that value thoughtful design, hospitality, community and being part of something beyond their individual studio.

  • Little Bohemia has the kind of energy we wanted Lune to be part of—historic, independent, creative and evolving.

    Just south of the Old Market, the neighborhood has become home to an eclectic mix of locally owned shops, restaurants, bars and creative businesses while still retaining its distinct character. Lune is being created as another reason to spend time here: a destination for beauty, wellness, creativity and community on 13th Street.

05 / THE SPACE

A first look inside Lune

Construction is underway, with Lune opening in phases. Main-floor studio move-ins are anticipated to begin in late fall 2026, with The Hallow and lower-level programming following this winter.
