Inquire about a studio at Lune

Lune offers seven private studios designed for independent beauty, wellness and creative businesses. Six wet and dry studios are located on the main floor, ranging from approximately 111 to 235 square feet and starting at $275 per week, with an additional private studio planned for the lower level.

Main-floor move-ins are anticipated to begin in late fall 2026, with the lower-level studio following as basement construction is completed. Tell us about your business, what you need from your space and your ideal timing, and we’ll be in touch soon.
